I'm Clare Cockell

My own life, and it's rollercoaster experiences, led me on the journey of becoming unapologetically me. Going from self doubt, to self worth. From 'I can't achieve that', to 'let's give this my best shot!' 

Having already been in the well-being industry a number of years, I expanded my knowledge and skillset as a hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, and life coach. This enables me to share the powerful shifts in mindset to support others who want to love and embrace their unapologetic self.

I am excited to share this upcoming 3-part series, The Rise of Your Unapologetic Self, with you. It's going to be SO amazing!!
