Terms and Conditions to BUY (Becoming Unapologetically You), and other online programmes/products/services

The information contained on or through this Site, social media, and Facebook groups cannot replace or be a substitute for the services of any trained professionals, including, but not limited to, psychological, medical, financial, or legal matters. 

BUY, and some other online services offer a lifetime access. After purchasing BUY and other online programmes/services Client will be given access to the online materials included through the online platform used by Company clarecockell.com, for Client's own personal use. Client will have lifetime access to the Course materials. Lifetime access means that Client is granted access to the content for as long as the particular online programme/service is live and offered. Lifetime access is so long as it is available.

By participating in Becoming Unapologetically You or other online programmes/services you will be consenting to possible change.

 

Payment Plans

In the event Client elects a payment plan, subsequent installments will be paid on the same day of each succeeding month until the entire amount has been paid in full. Client understands and agrees that all payments on the installment plan will be billed automatically through its online platform and must be paid on time. Any default in payment after 14 days will result in removal from the Course. Please contact the company clarecockell.com if you need to discuss your payment plans.

 

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with the course within 30 days, after completing a short form, showing you completed the online programme/service, showing your online programme/service work, and getting approval from Company clarecockell.com for a full or partial refund. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Client understands and agrees that any information within BUY and other online programmes/services, or Facebook group is not intended to be medical, health, psychological or any other professional advice. Client agrees that his/her participation in BUY or other online programmes/services is at his/her own risk. Client agrees that his/her participation in the creation of an online account is at his/her own risk. Client understands that their participation in BUY and other online programmes/services will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment. Client should consult their GP/doctor/consultant/therapist in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention, as determined by their own judgment.

Client understands that neither Clare Cockell, nor Company, has promised, nor shall be obligated to, the success in results for the Client. 

Clare Cockell, nor any other employees, agents, contractors or representatives, or persons featured with the Company in any capacity (including but not limited to this Site, social media, and Facebook groups) is acting in the capacity of a GP, medical doctor, therapist, consultant, or professional practitioner. This includes any person who is a GP, medical doctor, therapist or mental health professional, they are not working in the 1:1 capacity or being your GP/doctor/mental health or medical professional.
